Grafter appoints Brian Loughney as Marketing Manager

Grafter, the flexible workspace provider that offers members a dedicated place for work, rest, and everything in between, has appointed Brian Loughney as Marketing Manager.

In his new role, Brian will oversee the marketing strategy and implementation for Grafter across their portfolio of locations in Ireland and the UK, along with any future additions to their growing portfolio. Brian will also be responsible for the development and management of events and all aspects of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) at Grafter.

With over a decade of experience in marketing, Brian has worked with a number of companies in Ireland and Europe across a broad range of sectors including tech, insurance, food and beverage, consultancy and education. As a result, he brings a wealth of experience in brand management and the development of impactful marketing campaigns to his new role as Marketing Manager at Grafter.

Prior to joining Grafter, Brian worked for almost four years at The Institute of Education as a Digital Marketing Specialist and Marketing Manager, overseeing the development of all digital strategies and marketing campaigns. He was also involved in the development of the virtual learning platform implementation during the first months of remote learning. Brian studied at the Dublin Institute of Technology (now Technological University Dublin) and has B.Sc. in Marketing.

Located in a collection of beautifully restored buildings in the heart of Dublin city and London, Grafter offers flexible working solutions for businesses of all sizes, including private offices for personal use, monthly membership options, and customised workspaces for start-ups or an entire floor for a growing team.

Grafter also recently announced that their newest London location, Mayfair House, will be opening in March. Mayfair House extends to nearly 10,000 sq. ft over four stories and offers a blend of private and shared workspaces, lounge space, and an inner courtyard.
