In addition to a public vote all the CBA awards are determined by an independent panel of esteemed judges. The judges comment on why The Imperial  Hotel was selected as best hotel was: “Winner of many other awards in ‘23/’24, and also a previous winner at the CBA Awards, this hotel is truly a timeless landmark in the heart of Cork City – the ‘Grande Dame’ of Cork. Under new ownership and management, they have protected their ‘5 star guest experience’, and now with their huge sustainability drives and commitments, they intend to protect the Grande Dame and the city for years to come.
