Conrad Dublin, one of the city’s leading 5-star hotels, has been honoured in the Irish Hospitality Institute Awards 2023, recognising outstanding staff achievements across all aspects of the luxury establishment’s management.
In a celebratory ceremony at Dublin’s Clayton Hotel last week, Nicky Blake Knox, Conrad Dublin’s Commercial Director, won the prestigious Sales & Marketing Manager of the Year award for her impressive work in cementing the hotel’s place amongst the country’s bustling hospitality scene.

Conrad Dublin’s Director of Human Resources, Niamh Jordan was recognised by the Institute for her exemplary contributions to the Irish hospitality industry and was elected to receive a highly-regarded Fellowship of the Institute. This Fellowship sees her join ranks with some of the country’s most distinguished professionals.
Conrad Dublin staff were also recognised as finalists in three other Hospitality Manager of the Year categories, including; Andrew Moore for Hotel General Manager, Andreja Reiter for Food & Beverage Manager, and Chris O’Callaghan for Conferences & Events Manager.
Regarding the nominations and victories, Andrew Moore, General Manager of Conrad Dublin, expresses that these accolades represent a fitting tribute to an outstanding year for the hotel.
