General Managers have been appointed to the Dunadry Hotel and Gardens, Dunsilly Hotel and Corrs Corner Hotel
McKeever Hotels have appointed new General Managers to three of its key hotels in Northern Ireland:
Jonny Bailie, General Manager, Dunadry Hotel & Gardens, Antrim
Jonny has15 years’ experience working for McKeever Hotels, initially working part-time in Corrs Corner as a bar tender whilst studying for his Masters degree. In 2012 he was appointed Food & Beverage manager of the Dunsilly and later moved on to open Dillons Hotel, Donegal where he was appointed deputy GM in 2014, and subsequently promoted to GM in 2017.
In 2020 Johnny moved back to Corrs Corner to take over as GM, a position he held until his recent appointment to the Dunadry Hotel and Gardens.Jonny holds BSc Hons Business Studies UU, Masters in Business Development and Innovation and is also a guest lecturer in the Ulster Business School
Scott Smyth, General Manager, Dunsilly Hotel, Antrim
Scott has over 23 years hospitality experience and moves to the Dunsilly from the position of Events Manager in The Lodge Hotel Coleraine. During this time, Scott helped grow the hotels wedding, events and conferencing business, whilst building strong relationships with the local business community.
As a board member of Causeway Chamber of Commerce, he helped establish The Lodge as a hub for networking and business events. He is passionate about developing people, building strong teams and creating a positive working environment.
Kris Cunningham, General Manager, Corrs Corner Hotel, Newtownabbey
Kris has worked for Mckeever Hotels since 2010 – beginning his journey in the Adair Arms as a waiter – progressing through the ranks before joining the management team at Dunsilly Hotel and moving to the position of General Manager in 2024.
