Tourism Ireland promotes Ireland’s world-class golf at BMW PGA Championship
Tourism Ireland attended the BMW PGA Championship at Wentworth in south-east England over the weekend – promoting our world-class golf to the many golf enthusiasts attending.
Five golf and tourism companies from Ireland joined Tourism Ireland at this important event in the golfing calendar.

One of the DP World Tour’s biggest golf competitions, the BMW PGA Championship attracts some of the world’s top players, as well as thousands of spectators and international journalists each year – providing a fantastic platform to showcase our golf.
Tourism Ireland also used the event to build excitement around the countdown to the 2027 Ryder Cup at Adare Manor, with just one year to go until the world’s biggest golf event comes to Ireland.
