The Hibernian Hotel, managed by Cliste Hospitality, is celebrating after the Hibernian Bar was named Best City Bar in Leinster at the prestigious Irish Bar & Cocktail Awards.
Held at Mount Wolseley Hotel Spa & Golf Resort, the awards celebrate the artistry and innovation of Ireland’s bar culture, recognising the teams and venues that “craft connection, elevate experience and shape the ever-evolving story of Irish hospitality.”
