Earlier this year, in celebration of the 20th anniversary of Carlton Hotel Dublin Airport, Runway 28 Rooftop Bar & Restaurant launched an inventive new cocktail menu. The menu celebrates the world of Irish folklore and mythology in an illustrated printed menu that reimagines Irish folklore tales into an immersive cocktail series. Drinks are crafted using Irish ingredients and Irish liquors, and are inspired by a character, place, and Irish mythical legends.
