Windward Management are delighted to announce the appointment of Elaine McInaw as Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing for Harvey’s Point and Radisson Blu Hotel, Letterkenny
With more than 20 years’ experience in the tourism and hospitality industry, Elaine brings extensive expertise across domestic and international markets. Throughout her career, she has developed a strong reputation for destination marketing, strategic partnerships, business development and revenue growth.
Elaine also serves as a Board Director of Donegal Tourism, actively contributing to the promotion and development of Donegal as a leading tourism destination.
Elaine joins the properties at a particularly exciting time for both hotels.
Harvey’s Point, part of the TMR Hotel Collection, continues to receive national recognition, having recently been named Ireland’s No.1 Hotel in the Irish Independent/Irish Examiner Hot 100 Hotels in Ireland 2025, while also securing the prestigious Ireland’s Supreme Hotel Award at the Gold Medal Hotel Awards – the highest accolade in Irish hospitality.
Meanwhile, Radisson Blu Hotel, Letterkenny has entered a new chapter following its acquisition by the TMR Hotel Collection, one of Ireland’s leading privately owned hotel portfolios. Alongside ongoing investment and enhancement programmes, the hotel has recently been recognised as Hotel Design of the Year at the Irish Hotel Awards, reflecting the quality of its facilities and guest experience. These developments further strengthen its position as Donegal’s premier business and leisure hotel.
In her new role, Elaine will lead the sales and marketing strategy across both hotels, building on their award-winning reputations and supporting the continued growth of two of Donegal’s most celebrated hospitality destinations.
