Ireland’s Heritage on the European Stage

In recognition of Ireland holding the EU Presidency rotation alongside Cyprus in 2026, a member of Historic Houses of Ireland was invited to present Ireland’s built and natural heritage to an international audience.

As one of Ireland’s most historic and celebrated estates, Birr Castle Demesne will deliver a special presentation highlighting the story of the Castle, its world-famous gardens, scientific legacy and biodiversity initiatives.
