This seed of luxury wellness began with a clear direction from the hotel team who engaged with international, Irish-born, Wellness and Spa consultant, Jasmine Monaco to bring this vision to life.
As Spa Manager and custodian of this vision, Ashley Leckey explains, there is now a firm focus on making Dunluce Lodge a wellness destination.
She said: “Being from Belfast, I know just how special this place can be.
“Dunluce Lodge is unique. It is an exclusive venue, and our focus is on wellness and providing our clientele with complete mental rest and the space they need to achieve that. We currently offer world class, rejuvenating experiences in partnership with fantastic local providers.
“One of these experiences is a partnership with Crindle Bespoke which sees guests enjoy a luxury horseback ride on Whiterocks Beach at sunset.Riding beneath the cliffs and breathing in the salt air is a fantastic form of equine therapy. It’s great for emotional healing and personal growth.
“And our first wellness retreat, ‘Chapter One – Coastal Calm’ will have limited spaces available. It will see us partner with Seabody and Portrush’s Seascape Wellness Studio for a two-day retreat packed with wellness activations.
“Guests on this experience will enjoy luxury accommodation in The Stookan, and the best of our finest seasonal produce cooked by our amazing chefs. It’s something completely new and I cannot wait to launch this experience and expand on this offering with other Chapters as the seasons change.
“We will also shortly be launching a Spa Treatments Membership and a new day retreat which will blend Afternoon Tea with Spa Treatments.”
Dunluce Lodge has partnered with Irish science-based health and beauty brand Seabody, which harnesses bioactive compounds from seaweed to support skin health and holistic wellness.
Treatments featuring globally recognised brands KLORIS, with its ethically sourced CBD, and the multi-award-winning skincare brand Natura Bissé are also available.
