Nestled within the beautiful surroundings of the estate, next to the leisure centre, Wild Cherry opens from 7am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 5pm at the weekend, offering its in-café menu or Grab & Go selection featuring a wide selection of fresh wholesome and delicious foods for breakfast, lunch and all-day snacks and treats.
Perfectly positioned for visitors to the gym, spa and swimming pool, Wild Cherry offers a choice of healthy options. The café is also perfect for hotel guests and local walkers strolling through the 55 acres estate of woodlands and gardens, as well as for the players and supporters visiting FBD Hotels & Resorts Park football grounds.
Start the day with Morning Delights featuring a menu of freshly baked scones, croissants, warm fruit or porridge breads; protein balls and yogurt and granola bowls that can be enjoyed with a fruit filled smoothie. Delicious Savoury Options are served from 8am and include sandwiches, wraps and salad bowls with favourites including; Buffalo Mozzarella, plum tomato, chutney, rocket, basil dressing on ciabatta loaf; Pepper seared Irish beef, onion jam, Emmenthal cheese, gherkins mayonnaise with baby gem lettuce in a wholegrain tortilla wrap; the Superfood Salad of beetroot, almonds, quinoa, grapefruit, spinach, avocado, egg topped with satay dressing and the Shredded marinated chicken breast, noodles, carrot, cucumber, mint, coriander, cashew nuts and chilli dressing.
The Sweet Counter presents delicious treats with Lemon & blueberry tart with citrus meringue, raspberry jam and Apple & cinnamon oat crumble with vanilla cream. Or simply enjoy something from the Coffee Counter with a choice of alternative milks (oat, soy, almond and coconut) along with a section of herbal teas.
