Gorey native Val Murphy heads up the Raspberry kitchen. Val has over 25 year’s experience working in Hotels and restaurants in the South East. At Raspberry, he produces delicious contemporary Irish cuisine using the very finest of local produce. The menu features dishes including a modern twist on Moroccan Spiced Cod fish, Slow Cooked Wexford Beef and sharing platters of beef or seafood, served on locally hand-crafted wooden boards.
Raspberry also has a glamorous cocktail lounge and private dining area complete with plush seating set away from the 60 seater dining area. The cocktail menu has ‘signature’ cocktails, using the very finest of Wexford Raspberry’s, like ‘Razzmatazz’ and Raspberry Margarita and Mojito’s.

Commenting on the launch, Partner Greg Murphy said; “We are so delighted to be officially launching Raspberry. Since we opened last year, we set about creating a full experience for customers, which would include a separate cocktail bar and an excellent meal served in ambient and vibrant surroundings, with a ‘nod’ to the fun and extravagance of the great decade of the 20’s”.
Raspberry is open from 5.00pm Wednesday to Sunday.
