The new summer menu features dishes which are bound to be popular with many, such as Fennel Cured Mackerel, Courgette, Basil, Garlic and Chilli Oil or Korean Cauliflower “Wings”, Spicy Gochujang Sauce, Crispy Shallots, Sesame & Coriander to go with Dorian’s extensive wine and cocktail list.

Cocktails and Wine in the Suburbs

With an extensive wine list that includes the house’s own “Dorian” label wine, which comes from a vineyard in Burgundy, France. Dorian is the cosy enclave that has got the neighbours talking.

The wine and food here is a great draw but be prepared to tickle your tastebuds with Dorian’s award-winning cocktails made by mixologist Dorian Pappalardo. Yes, his name is also Dorian, coincidentally! Award-winning cocktails such as Dorian’s Pineapple Margarita or the Pink Lady (Glendalough Rose Gin, Italicus & Lemon Juice) await you and the ingredients are inspired by the speakeasy classics of the Prohibition era and Victorian Britain!
