Adare Manor Accepting Applications for 2022/23 Manager-In-Training Graduate Programme
Adare Manor, one of Ireland’s leading five-star resorts, is now accepting applications for its Manager-In-Training Graduate programme due to commence in June 2022.
Home to the Michelin-starred Oak Room restaurant, and exclusive wellness offerings including Ireland’s only 111SKIN SPA and Padel Courts, the Adare Manor Manager-In-TrainingGraduate programme allows hospitality graduates to gain experience in every department across the hotel including Guest Service, Food and Beverage and Administration.
The programme focuses on offering graduates a wide understanding of the award-winning hotel’s operations, allowing them to develop into managers and leaders within Adare Manor and the wider world of hospitality. This year’s participants will also gain the additional, invaluable experience of working at the JP McManus Pro-Am golf tournament in early July this year.
The Manager-In-TrainingGraduate programme is an 18-month programme, with four set rotations for four months. Graduates will undertake a range of placements in areas such as Food & Beverage Reservations, Banqueting Operations, Housekeeping Supervision and Front Office Services. For the last two months, graduates are offered the chance to select a specific area in which they would like to further develop their skills, and can also pursue a placement in Finance, Sales & Marketing, Facilities Management, Golf Services, and Culinary Service.

To be eligible for this programme applicants must;
- Have graduated within the last 6 months or have graduated by May 2022
- Have studied a course relevant to Hospitality or Tourism.
- Have full availability for the 18-month programme.
