In the luxurious surroundings of the Hotel’s Signature Lounges with views of Lough Atalia, relax with Mum and enjoy delicious sweet and savoury treats made and curated by the hotel’s pastry team, including smoked mackerel pate on sourdough croute; chicken and tarragon on brioche; red pepper goat’s cheese served in a basil cone, and for sweet treats – apricot, tahini and sesame doughnuts; hazelnut Paris-Brest; pistachio and red berry Opera cake as well as freshly baked scones with preserves and clotted cream. Choose amongst a selection of freshly brewed coffee and one of the Hotel’s Ronnefeldt Loose Tea Collection teas including The g Melange (an extravagant broken leaf with a multitude of golden tips & richest of aromas) and Chocolate Chai (a warming variant of Chai: melting, soft nougat and cocoa notes are combined with strong spices and a slight ginger heat). Mums will also be gifted a gorgeous 50g ESPA candle courtesy of the Hotel’s five-star ESPA Spa to take home as an extra treat.
