Head Executive Chef, Cyrille Durand’s has recently joined the Ballyseedy Group. Previously working in Dromhall Hotel in Killarney, the French chef brings a wealth of experience to Ballyseedy Cafe.
Inspired by making delicious dishes with local produce, “good food made with love makes people happy” says Cyrille. “The combination of flavours and experimenting with food and textures is something I get great satisfaction from”.
Hospitality has taken a major hit this year, but at Ballyseedy, the business is resilient and responsive to change. The cafes at Ballyseedy are open for takeaway only in Tralee, Co. Kerry, Raheen, Co. Limerick along with cafes in Midleton and Carrigaline in Co. Cork.
The cafes have also introduced ‘Heat at Home’ boxes that include signature dishes such Cottage Pie with Mash, Thai Red Chicken or Veg Curry with Basmati Rice,and for dessert, Pear and Almond Tart, just to name a few.
