Ahead of the stay, the Engagement Concierge will hold a private consultation to learn about the couple and the experience that they hope to create for their future spouse from favourite flowers, wine or music, to personal photographs on display. The hotel can securely store the engagement ring until the big moment while a photographer or videographer can discreetly capture the proposal. The hotel’s award-winning spa will have a manicurist on hand to ensure hands are glowing as the new sparkler takes centre stage!
As couples celebrate the excitement of their new commitment, intimate memories can be created with a private candlelit dinner overlooking the lake, a treatment in the couples room at The Spa at Aghadoe, a Champagne breakfast in bed, personalised robes embroidered with the couple’s initials, a helicopter flight over Killarney National Park, or a private chef experience in the Penthouse. Some of the most memorable touches can be introduced after the proposal. By evening turndown, a proposal photograph captured earlier that day could be framed and waiting in the bedroom, or couples can choose a personalised engagement keepsake box with mementoes from the experience.
