The College Green Hotel Dublin recently marked a significant milestone, celebrating its 25th anniversary with a special event dedicated to the people who have helped shape the hotel’s legacy over the past quarter century.
The celebration brought together colleagues from across all departments for a memorable day of reflection, appreciation and recognition. Team members enjoyed a celebratory banqueting lunch prepared by the hotel’s culinary team, creating an opportunity for staff to come together and honour the occasion.
During the event, General Manager Joanne Dillon thanked the team for their ongoing dedication, commitment and passion, recognising the vital role they have played in the hotel’s success over the past 25 years.
A particularly moving moment came when long-standing guest Sheila Fitzpatrick shared personal memories from her 25-year journey with the hotel. Speaking about the lasting friendships she has formed and the sense of belonging she feels, Sheila described The College Green Hotel Dublin as her home, noting that her colleagues have become like family over the years.

The celebrations also paid tribute to three exceptional team members who reached the remarkable milestone of 25 years of service: Barbara Scott, Elena Bystrova and Edgardo Seludo. In recognition of their loyalty and contribution, each received a bespoke silver College Green Legacy Pin, specially commissioned to commemorate their quarter-century of service and lasting impact on the hotel.
