Bridie Corrigan Matthews, Network Director at Taste 4 Success Skillnet,

I’m proud to launch the Autumn 2026 Sustainable Food Tourism Experience Development programme, a space where learners are afforded the opportunity to shape the future of Ireland’s food tourism offering. Participants consistently emerge with experiences that honour local culture, champion sustainability, and strengthen regional economies. The CPD Certification Service accreditation further reinforces the programme’s quality and the professional value it delivers.”

Building on the success of previous cohorts, the autumn intake will once again offer participants expert-led guidance in creating experiences that combine Ireland’s rich food culture with the growing global demand for sustainable and experiential tourism.

Delivered over eight weeks in an accessible online format, the SFTE programme includes four live webinars with guest speakers focusing on sustainability, collaboration, pricing, and marketing. One-to-one training with food tourism and business development specialists, as well as the unique opportunity to pitch to a panel of tourism industry experts for tailored feedback and market-readiness advice

From food producers, to cafe owners, farmers, chefs, and local tour guides, it is designed to build competitiveness for a wide variety of enterprises.

Registration is now open
