The Best Workplaces in Hospitality™ recognises organisations that are setting the standard for workplace culture across Ireland’s hospitality sector.

Great Place to Work® Ireland have this week recognised The iNua Hotel Collection as one of Ireland’s Best Workplaces in Hospitality™ in 2026.

The Best Workplaces in Hospitality™ recognises organisations that are setting the standard for workplace culture across Ireland’s hospitality sector. Based on confidential employee feedback and independent analysis by Great Place to Work®, the recognition highlights organisations that are creating consistently positive experiences for their people.

This year, more than 5,900 hospitality employees were invited to share their experiences of workplace culture, leadership, wellbeing, and development opportunities. Following a comprehensive review of the data, 33 organisations were recognised as Ireland’s Best Workplaces in Hospitality™ 2026.

“This is another fantastic achievement for our properties in The iNua Hotel Collection,” said Deirdre Buckley, Chief People Officer at The iNua Hotel Collection.

“We pride ourselves on finding, nurturing and developing our team across every department, from entry level to senior management positions so to be named among Ireland’s Best Workplaces in Hospitality™  is testament to that commitment. To know our employees recognise this too is a great achievement for us as a company. When our team feels supported and encouraged that translates to the service and true sense of hospitality that they then provide for our guests.”

“Hospitality is, at its core, a people business, and the organisations recognised as Ireland’s Best Workplaces in Hospitality™ understand that exceptional employee experiences are the foundation of long-term success,” said Fania Stoney, Business Development Manager at Great Place to Work Ireland.

“These organisations are creating cultures where employees feel welcomed, supported, and empowered to do their best work. By investing in trust, development, and wellbeing, they are not only strengthening their workplaces but also helping to raise the standard for the hospitality sector as a whole.”

Investing in People and Workplace Culture

In an industry where people are at the heart of every experience, workplace culture plays a critical role in organisational success. Hospitality organisations face ongoing challenges around talent attraction, retention, employee wellbeing, and maintaining high standards of service in a fast-paced environment. The organisations recognised this year demonstrate that investing in employee experience can help create workplaces where people feel supported, valued, and empowered to perform at their best.

By building high-trust cultures and providing opportunities for growth and development, these organisations are strengthening employee engagement, improving retention, and creating the conditions for long-term success. inua.ie
