Sabine joins Midlands Park Hotel following senior roles across leading Irish hotels

In her new role, Sabine will oversee all aspects of the hotel’s operations, from finance and marketing to guest services and human resources, focusing on delivering an exceptional guest experience while driving the property’s continued financial success.
A strong track record in Irish hospitality
Sabine joins Midlands Park Hotel from the Sheraton Athlone Hotel where she earned a reputation for her forward-thinking leadership style and ability to inspire high-performing teams. Her achievements were recognised nationally when she was named Hotel Manager of the Year at the Midlands 103 Hospitality Awards in 2025.
An impressive career to date has seen Sabine hold senior leadership roles spanning operations, food and beverage and full-scale hotel management at some of Ireland’s most respected hotels, including Glenview Hotel & Leisure Club, Castleknock Hotel, The Gibson Hotel and The Beacon.
