The Tan Yard restaurant has announced the appointment of Tom Murphy to the team as Restaurant Manager.
Tom, brings with him a wealth of international hospitality experience. A Shannon College of Hotel Management alumni, Tom enhanced and grew his career throughout his years in hotels, including interning in the Le Royal in Luxembourg, working with Adare Manor and completing his management in training with Mandarin Oriental London to name a few. It is this past experience he enthusiastically looks forward to bringing to the new role.
Tom has worked for the O’Donoghue Ring Collection since July 2020, beginning his journey as assistant F&B Manager. Immersing himself in The Tan Yard’s ethos this year pivoting to The Tan Yard at Home experience and now preparing for the reopening of the property.
