
Norman McBride joins the McKeever Board under the newly created position of Group Operations Director.
The McKeever Hotel Group announced the new appointment to its Board of Directors to support the company’s accelerated growth trajectory and expanding operational scale.
Responsible for overseeing operations across McKeever’s seven hotels. Norman’s appointment is aligned with the Group’s strategy which prioritises further growth, performance and sustainability for the next five years.
Over 40 Years of Hospitality Experience
With over 40 years of hospitality experience, Norman has a solid foundation in hotel operations and senior management. This includes 18 years with the family-owned Hastings Hotel Group where he was General Manager of both the Ballygally Castle and Stormont Hotels.
Norman also worked for Tourism NI and established his own hospitality consultancy business bringing his wealth of experience and understanding to businesses and organisations across Northern Ireland.
Since 2024, Norman has been working closely with the McKeever leadership team on its expansion journey, overseeing the transition of The Lodge Hotel, Coleraine, and the Armagh City hotel into the seven-strong Group.
