On Thursday, November 27, guests will have the rare opportunity to experience the distinctive style and flavours of Library Street in a new setting, as Chef Patron Kevin Burke and his team bring their award-winning relaxed fine dining to the five-star Castlemartyr Resort, where the kitchen is also led by a chef named Kevin Burke, who is Castlemartyr Resort’s Executive Head Chef.
