Sheen Falls Lodge, Kenmare, Co. Kerry has been awarded Two MICHELIN Keys by the 2025 MICHELIN Guide, signifying its place among the world’s most exceptional hotels.
This distinction underscores the property’s commitment to character, design, service, and guest experience.
The MICHELIN Keys are a new global hotel distinction launched by The MICHELIN Guide. The MICHELIN Key is the hotel version of the MICHELIN Star. Two MICHELIN Keys indicate an “exceptional stay”, a property that is unique in every way, where a memorable experience is always a guarantee. A hotel of character and charm, run with obvious pride and considerable care.
This announcement follows a series of significant accolades for Sheen Falls Lodge this year. Earlier this week, the hotel was voted #1 Resort in Europe in the Condé Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Awards 2025, and earlier this summer, was named #1 Resort Hotel in Ireland in Travel + Leisure’s World’s Best Awards.
