
In his new role as Culinary Director, Steve will oversee the culinary strategy and vision for Gather & Gather Ireland.
Steve has led large-scale culinary teams and delivered consistently high-quality, innovative food experiences for a discerning client base. No stranger to Gather & Gather, he previously held the position of Development Chef for Gather & Gather based in the UK alongside his role as Group Executive Chef for a national media organisation. He has followed a dynamic career path, including leadership roles in some of the world’s leading hotels and restaurants.
Based in Ireland for the past four years, Steve has worked across high-volume hospitality and retail environments, including Dublin Airport, where he has built strong relationships with local suppliers and developed a deep understanding of the Irish market.

Steve Land will commence his role as Culinary Director in August 2025.
