ESPA Time
The 5-star luxury ESPA Spa is located over the two upper floors of the magnificent g Hotel & Spa and as over 12 beautiful treatment rooms, where Mum can choose from a wide selection of results-focused facials, high-performance body treatments and immersive massages. Each specially tailored treatment is delivered by one of a team of highly skilled ESPA therapists.
The March Special ESPA Experience, costing just €115 per person offers two of the award-winning day-spa’s most popular treatments; a choice of a 25-minute facial or rejuvenating 30-minute back massage.
This pampering treat includes one hour in the blissful Thermal Suite Experience then time in the relaxation area for soothing time-out together, sipping herbal tea and relaxing in fluffy robes.
After Mum has been pampered you can spend a dreamy hour drifting around the Thermal Suite with a vitality hydro pool, soothing crystal steam room, lifestyle rain showers, a rock sauna, a cooling ice fountain, a number of tepidarium heated loungers, and a fully-equipped fitness studio. Finally, hide yourself away for a moment of reflection (and perhaps a glass of champagne) in the naturally lit glass pavilion, overlooking the lovely rooftop Zen bamboo terrace.

The new Lounges Lunch Menu is served in the newly styled opulent g lounges, the Grand Salon and the stylish ‘Pink’ and ‘Blue’ lounges and offers an array of light bites and main courses including delicious salads such as Carrot & Quinoa Salad with Sesame, Lime & Coriander Marinated Carrots, Trio Quinoa, Roasted Chick Pea, Frisée & Rocket; Crispy Hen’s egg, Apple Celery & Fennel Salad, Pickled Mustard Seed & Walnut Vinaigrette, the Classic Caesar Salad and McGeough Smoked Pudding.
The Lounge Sandwich Selection includes the classic style sambos as well as new additions including Po’ boy a delicious Fried Shrimp, Chipotle & Coriander Mayo, Pickled Shallots on Brioche Roll & Lime and the delicious Taco of the Day.
The Galway Cheeses & Cured Meats Sharing Board is a popular lunch time and evening treat with Aran Island Goats Cheese, Dunmore Brie, Kylemore, Crackers, Cured Meats, Quince, Pickles & Olives, Grilled Sourdough and the Seafood Board has an array of Dooncastle Oyster, Smoked Cod Croquette, Connemara Smoked Salmon, Killary Fjord Mussels, Lemon & Brown Bread – put simply ‘the sea on a slate’!
