Aimed at empowering women in leadership across diverse sectors, the event on March 8th promises an afternoon filled with valuable insights for aspiring leaders.
Building on the success of last year, this year’s International Women’s Day panel features distinguished speakers from varied careers, sharing their experiences and viewpoints on the journey of women in leadership. The event will be moderated by journalist and entrepreneur, Jo Linehan, who will lead discussions on challenges faced by women in leadership, the significance of diversity and inclusion, and strategies for success.
Ariana Dunne, the visionary behind Mentor HR and the Solo Powered Podcast, will share insights from her dual role as a life and business coach. Eimear Hannon, the driving force behind Hannon Travel, will recount her journey to creating Ireland’s premier independent Corporate Travel Management company. Neasa Ni Fheinneadha will offer a window into her impactful work with Ruhama, a pivotal Irish charity supporting women affected by prostitution. From the corporate sphere, Cat Kiely, HR Director at Flutter – the conglomerate behind the globe’s largest sports betting entity – will reveal the nuances of leadership within a major international brand. Lastly, Deirdre Murphy of Zoetis, a global leader in animal health, will discuss her experiences at the helm of customer engagement, showcasing the leadership dynamics in a globally recognized company.
The event will culminate in a Q&A session, allowing attendees to seek advice and insights, followed by a networking opportunity with canapés and drinks.
