A feast of the finest local fresh foods, delicately prepared and exquisitely presented by Head Chef Dominique Majecki and his team, begins with a tempting amuse-bouche, and followed by five delicious courses including Velvet Cloud Labneh Tortellini with Smoked Almonds, smoked olive Oil, Beetroot; Mackerel – Cured & Torched, Vadouvan Oil, Buttermilk, Pickled Apple, Goats bridge Caviar; Kir Royal Sorbet with Black Currant Sorbet & Sparkling Wine.

Slow cooked Beef, Jerusalem Artichoke, Truffle & Kylemore Cheese Crust, Foie Gras Jus; Matcha Matcha Ginger & lemon grass Roulade, Lychee Gel, Lime & Ginger Sorbet and delicious handmade Petit Fours to finish! There is also a 6- course Vegan tasting menu on offer. Priced at €80pp, there is the option to add a glass of champagne each, and a single rose stem, to complete the perfect evening, for €100pp.
