The signature red velvet cake at Ashford Castle is a testament to the legacy of Mr Tollman, the founder of Red Carnation Hotels. Red velvet cake was Stanley Tollman’s and his wife Beatrice’s favourite food to enjoy together and today’s signature cake celebrates their love story. A full Irish breakfast is also included in this package for those looking for something extra special this year.
Guests can enjoy a walk on the 350-acre Ashford estate and make the most of its newly opened fitness and health centre, Éalú. The state-of-the-art facility with its 15 metre pool, jacuzzi, steam room, fitness centre and therapy room offers adult-only time, so is perfect for those marking Valentine’s Day.
