New Board member appointed to Fáilte Ireland

The Minister for Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media, Catherine Martin has today appointed Mr Dónall Curtin to the Board of The National Tourism Development Authority (Fáilte Ireland). Mr Curtin will serve a five year term.

Welcoming the appointment of Dónall Curtin to the Board, Minister Martin noted the significant board experience Mr Curtin will bring to the role.  

“I am delighted to announce this appointment and am very grateful to him for taking on this very important role and offering his skills and expertise to The National Tourism Development Authority.”

Speaking today, Chairperson of Fáilte Ireland, Ruth Andrews said:

“On behalf of the Authority and executive team at Fáilte Ireland I would like to welcome Dónall and congratulate him on his appointment. Dónall brings with him a wealth of experience in the areas of Corporate Governance and Finance that will bring significant value to the Authority, to Fáilte Ireland and the wider tourism sector.”
