Saving up to 60% on kitchen oil costs
Halcyon Group, the commercial and industrial cleaning service specialists with over 16 years’ experience in cleaning and hygiene services in Ireland, is delighted to introduce their new Halcyon Eco Machine to the Irish Market. The Halcyon Eco is a unique fryer-management system for commercial kitchens that has been proven to reduce oil costs by up to 60% while helping chefs run safer and cleaner fryers.
Not only saving on oil costs, the new Halcyon Eco Machine, will allow commercial kitchens to save up to 85% on labour costs as cleaning takes just 5 or 6 minutes, while the new machine also minimizes risk of burns from transporting hot oil helping to improve kitchen safety. It reduces exposure to touching oil as all parts are guarded to prevent accidents and injuries while expired oil is moved in a lockable, sealed tank, eliminating the need to carry heavy pots.
The patented micro-filtering technology is also proven to improve food quality as it removes micro food particles in oil which will enhance colour, taste and flavour of all fried foods. For added peace of mind the Halcyon Eco has a testing probe which measures TPM (Total Polar Materials) to help kitchens ensure their food always complies with food safety standards.
The Halcyon Eco Machine is supplied on a lease purchase agreement and full training will be provided to all the kitchen team to certify them to use the machine correctly. A regular pre-planned maintenance visit is also arranged to ensure the machine is in perfect working condition and all operators are using the correct filters and procedures.
