Pastry Chef
If you are a Chef de Partie with a passion for pastry, then this is your chance to work under one of the world’s best pastry chefs Mohamed Ouchbakou. With a career that spans more than 25 years, Mohamed’s CV is a veritable name call of some of the finest restaurants in the world, including the 3 Michelin Star Louis XV restaurant at Hôtel de Paris under Alain Ducasse. He has also worked closely with famed chefs Marco Pierre White and Dylan McGrath and this is a unique opportunity to take a place in his kitchen and gain experience under his tutelage.
Reception Manager
As reception manager, this is your chance to welcome all of the castle’s guests who include politicians and presidents, Hollywood stars and holidaymakers from home and abroad, all of whom receive the warmest of welcomes, every time.
