Commenting on the ‘Be Our Guest’ week initiative, Chairperson of Kilkenny Tourism, Ciaran Conroy said;” Few places do B&B’s and Guesthouses better than Kilkenny, with scores of places around the county offering a bed for the night and a hearty breakfast along with a warm welcome. We are delighted to launch ‘Be Our Guest’, a week-long celebration of these great accommodation locations across the county.

He added; “The week is also a way of recognising the people who run bed-and-breakfasts and Guest Houses, the owners are not only vested in their property, but also where they live, so often there’s no better introduction to the area and where to go than to stay in a B&B or Guesthouse.”
