Relax in the sumptuous luxury of the Hotel’s Signature Lounges with views of Lough Atalia and treat yourself to a taste of Spring and all that it brings!
Enjoy a selection of savoury bites such as smoked mackerel pate on sourdough croute; chicken & tarragon on a brioche bun; red pepper goats cheese in a basil cone; and a traditional ploughman’s sandwich. Then have an indulgent moment with an assortment of sweet treats including Apricot, tahini & sesame doughnuts; Hazelnut Paris-Brest, White chocolate & raspberry domes; Lemon and lime tartlet; and Pistachio & red berry opera cake.
Tuck into freshly baked scones with clotted cream and jams and pair with one of the Hotel’s Ronnefeldt Loose Tea Collection teas including The g Melange (an extravagant broken leaf with a multitude of golden tips & richest of aromas) and Chocolate Chai (a warming variant of Chai: melting, soft nougat and cocoa notes are combined with strong spices and a slight ginger heat); and freshly brewed coffees.
