Galway’s Aró Digital Strategy Company, announce Digital Research Collaboration with NUI Galway for luxury hotel sector worldwide and jobs growth

Today (th6 July 2021), Aró Digital Strategy, announce a new Collaborative Research Programme with NUI Galway’s Insight Centre for Data Analytics. The strategic aim of this collaboration is the creation of the ultimate Digital Software Strategy which will revolutionise the way in which today’s digital experiences drive direct channel growth for luxury hotel brands. This collaborative research programme will yield a product which Aró Digital Strategy will develop for luxury hotels worldwide, to enable them to optimise and streamline their direct booking business within the business. It will allow Aró Digital Strategy Hotel clients to acquire, engage convert and retain customers.
Together with NUI Galway’s Insight Centre for Data Analytics, Aró Digital Strategy will lead the building of the most comprehensive and integrated platform available to luxury hotel clients today. A product powered by Artificial Intelligence and machine learning to drive actionable insights and automation in optimising digital experience growth. Aró Digital Strategy are responding to their worldwide portfolio of hotel clients with a digital strategy product which will yield over 50% growth in direct bookings and reduced costs for Hotels. A much needed resource for business resilience within the luxury hotel sector worldwide in light of the impact of this historic pandemic.
This new Collaborative Research Programme led by Aró Digital Strategy in association with NUI Galway will be piloted on 12 of Ireland’s Leading luxury 4 and 5 star hotels and 2 international resorts. It is a direct output of Aró Digital Strategy’s €2m investment in a Research and Development Unit at its Galway Headquarters. As a result Aró Digital Strategy are expanding and announce recruitment of 12 key senior roles at the company in 2021 with a further 30 forecast by 2026.

The collaborative research programme will operate as a high functioning Data Analyst of Multinational standards which will be affordable to the SME sector with Aró Digital Strategy. Currently evaluating online activity, analysing traffic, sales potential and above all conversion to revenue, and sales with the 14 hotel participants, the Aró Digital Strategy co-led research programme is also investigating machine led learning to educate and train business operators to understand their online business activities. It will educate on how to grow online, test and measure the necessary digital tools and analytics of a high performing Innovation Partnership Programme to deliver over 50% direct growth.
