The Cork International Hotel has just introduced its “Takeaway Taco Box” as it celebrates Mexican cuisine this May.
The hotel will use ingredients from its roof garden in the Taco boxes which are packed full of Mexican flavours. The box will be packed with meats, tortillas, guacamole, sour cream, chillies and salsa – all freshly prepared.
The launch of the Taco Box coincides with Cinco de Mayo, which is an annual celebration of Mexican cuisine and will be held on Wednesday 5th May.
The Takeaway Taco Box serves two people and costs €35 for the box.
The box is available for collection from 12pm to 9pm, seven days per week from 30th April. You can book by calling 021 4549800.
