The K Club is delighted to announce the appointment of Alan Vallely as Director of Food and Beverage at the five-star resort.
Bringing almost 20 years’ experience in the luxury hospitality industry to The K Club, Alan joins the team from Mount Juliet Estate, where he was Hotel Manager for almost two years.
A graduate of Dublin’s Cathal Brugha Street, Alan began his career in hospitality in Dublin’s five-star Merrion Hotel, and has held senior leadership roles at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Dublin and the Seychelles, at Ashford Castle Estate and at Mount Juliet.
Alan will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the property’s significant food and beverage concepts and operations, including the stylish new all-day dining venue, The Palmer, with its fresh and dynamic new approach.
