Roly’s Bistro launches fresh Dublin Bay Prawn Festival…Go on treat yourself…

Known for its delicious Dublin Bay Prawn dishes Roly’s Bistro in Ballsbridge has just launched its first fresh Dublin Bay Prawn Festival.
The best prawns in the world, according to TV Chef Rick Stein, Ireland’s Dublin Bay Prawns, or langoustines, are known for their succulent buttery taste. Not caught in Dublin Bay, as their name suggests, but on the west coast of Ireland and the Irish Sea, Dublin Bay Prawns are the only prawns caught on Irish shores.

Roly’s Fresh Dublin Bay Prawns come from supplier Donal O’Sullivan of Shellfish Ireland, Dinish Island in Castletownbere, who have been fishing along the south and west coast of Ireland since 1987.

Roly’s delivery service is available from 5pm to 8pm seven days a week, up to 6KM from Ballsbridge or you can collect your order.
