Conrad Dublin appoints two senior Human Resources leaders: Aisling Feiritéar and Lee Cooper

Aisling Feiritéar appointed Director of Human Resources, with Lee Cooper joining as HR & Training Manager

Conrad Dublin, the five-star hotel and Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star property, has announced the appointment of Aisling Feiritéar as Director of Human Resources and Lee Cooper as HR & Training Manager, strengthening the hotel’s focus on colleague experience, talent development and workplace culture.

Aisling brings more than 10 years’ experience across luxury hospitality, education and retail to her new role. With a strong background in Human Resources, people management and organisational development, she has worked closely with senior leadership teams to support people strategy, develop talent, manage operational change and strengthen colleague experience.

Lee brings more than five years’ experience in Human Resources and 14 years in hospitality. With a strong background in luxury hospitality, he has developed broad experience across people management, employee engagement, recruitment, learning and development. He has a particular passion for people development, supporting colleagues to progress and creating opportunities for career growth.
