- This competition is run by ‘Hotel and Restaurant Times’ and ‘ InterContinental Dublin’. These parties will be known as the competition organisers.
- The competition prize includes a one-night stay at InterContinental Dublin in one of the hotels Junior Suites with breakfast, in Season’s Restaurant.
- The competition is open to people living in ROI and NI only.
- The winners will be responsible for any costs such as drinks, meals, spa treatments or added extras not listed as the prize.
- The prize can be redeemed on any day deemed acceptable by the competition organisers, subject to availability. This prize cannot be used on Bank Holiday or Event Weekends.
- Staff at the hotel or anyone related to the competition organisers cannot enter or win this prize.
- All entrants must be aged 18+.
- The competition organisers reserve the right to cancel, amend or pull the competition at any stage.
- The prize must be redeemed within 12 months of the voucher being processed. The date of voucher processing will be displayed on the voucher pouch. If not redeemed within the year, this prize will be deemed void.
- The prize cannot be transferred or gifted to a third party, the prize is strictly to be used by the announced winner and cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferrable.
- InterContinental Dublin reserves the right to withdraw its decision if the winner does not comply with those terms and conditions.
