Glovers Alley by Adam Nevin opens for dinner service on Wednesday September 9th, with bookings for September and October going live on Monday August 17th at 10am.
Adam has been busy over the summer developing his menus and building his core team, which includes the restaurant GM, Dylan Shannon, ex-Terre, and his sous chef, Jamie Belmont, who worked with him previously in The Morrison Room.
Dinner service in Glovers Alley by Adam Nevin will be available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 5.30pm to 9.00pm, and on Thursday through Saturday from 6pm to 9pm. Lunch service will begin later in the autumn.
There will be two evening menus available – the Classic, and the Discovery. The Classic menu will have five courses plus savouries and sweets for €155, and the Discovery menu will be seven courses with savouries and sweets for €190. A three course lunch menu plus savouries and sweets will launch later in the autumn, priced at €85, with a five course lunch tasting menu at €125.
“I can’t wait to get the doors open and welcome our first guests this September,” says chef Adam Nevin. “I’m really happy with where we are with the food, and I’m excited for people to come and feel at home, to enjoy our menus, the atmosphere, the service and the playlist. We’re all about evolving, so there’ll be something new for guests to experience each time they visit, as we explore and respond to the seasons.”
“With an exciting wine and drinks list, and Adam’s precise, comforting and confident menus,” says Fergal O’Connell, Chief Executive of The Fitzwilliam Hospitality Group, “Glovers Alley by Adam Nevin will be a dynamic new presence on the Green, bringing a fresh energy to this part of the city.”
