The IFSA Table to Tech Conference, held at the Mullingar Park Hotel on Tuesday, 31st March 2026, brought together over 130 delegates and 15 expert speakers for an inspiring and future-focused day centred on the theme of the future of foodservice.

MC’d by entrepreneur and broadcaster Bobby Kerr, the event delivered a dynamic programme of keynote presentations, panel discussions and real-world insights, with internationally recognised voices such as Simon Stenning and zero-waste pioneer Doug McMaster setting the tone for a forward-thinking agenda.

Across the day, speakers and panellists explored the key forces shaping the future of foodservice – from sustainability, zero-waste operations and climate-conscious business models to the role of innovation, technology and changing consumer expectations.
