The Outstanding Employer Award is the highest honour available to participants in the Fáilte Ireland Employer Excellence Programme.
Sligo Park Hotel is delighted to announce that it has been awarded the prestigious Outstanding Employer Award by Fáilte Ireland for a fourth consecutive year.
The programme aims to foster a culture of excellence across the tourism industry by promoting employee engagement and leadership development strategies.
As part of the programme, Sligo Park Hotel carried out management training and employee surveys. The survey insights, which reflected the views and positive experiences of the hotel staff, played a crucial role in securing the award.
