Two Radisson hotels in Ireland have won awards at the 2025 Gold Medal Hotel Awards.
Two Radisson hotels in Ireland, the Radisson Blu Royal in Dublin and Radisson RED Galway, have both won awards at the 2025 Gold Medal Hotel Awards.
With over 1,000 entries from across the country, the competition was fiercer than ever, making both wins particularly impressive.
The Radisson Blu Royal Hotel in Dublin took home Gold for Ireland’s Business & Conference Hotel. The award recognises the hotel’s strong reputation for corporate hospitality, events, and conferences, as well as the team’s consistent professionalism in delivering exceptional service in the heart of Dublin.
Radisson RED Galway won Silver for Ireland’s Four-Star Hotel, an impressive achievement for a hotel that’s been open just over a year. The award highlights the team’s rapid success in creating a modern, experience-focused hotel in the west of Ireland.

Both Radisson Blu Royal Hotel in Dublin and Radisson RED Galway are owned by Rhatigan Group, led by Group Chairman Padraic Rhatigan. For both hotels, these awards represent an important moment of recognition, not just for the properties themselves, but for the people who bring them to life every day.
Madeline Riley, CEO of the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel, Dublin & Radisson RED Galway, said:
“These awards are a testament to the incredible teams at both hotels. Winning Gold for Ireland’s Business & Conference Hotel reflects the dedication and professionalism our Dublin team brings every day, and I couldn’t be prouder of the standard they’ve set. For Radisson RED Galway to win Silver just over a year after opening is remarkable. It shows how the team has embraced the RED spirit, bringing energy, creativity, and a fresh approach to hospitality in the west of Ireland. Both wins belong to our team members behind these hotels.”
