Aramark Ireland, a global leader in food, facilities, and property management services, has announced the renewal of its partnership with Junior Achievement Ireland (JAI) for a third consecutive term. Since the partnership began, Aramark volunteers have worked with more than 800 students across Ireland, delivering meaningful experiences that support education, employability, and youth development.

Junior Achievement Ireland is part of a global not-for-profit organisation dedicated to inspiring and preparing the next generation for success. Through the collaboration, Aramark volunteers have delivered the full suite of JAI programmes, spanning STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Maths), financial literacy, work readiness, and entrepreneurship, to schools nationwide. By bringing professional expertise directly into classrooms, Aramark volunteers have helped inspire hundreds of students to realise their potential and prepare for future success.

Joanne Doyle, HR and DE&I Director at Aramark Ireland said

“We are delighted to continue our partnership with Junior Achievement Ireland for the third year. It is truly inspiring to see the enthusiasm and commitment of our people who volunteer their time to empower students. Our volunteers see firsthand the difference these programmes make, building confidence, curiosity, and practical skills among students. We are excited to continue this journey, helping students reach their fullest potential.”

The JAI programmes delivered by Aramark volunteers bring real-world experience into the classroom. Students gain valuable insight into how their learning connects to future careers, sparking curiosity, enthusiasm and ambition that will stay with them as they continue their education.

Elaine O’Brien Lynch, Programme Coordinator at Junior Achievement Ireland, welcomed the renewed commitment from Aramark:

“Aramark’s long-standing partnership is a shining example of how business and education can come together to make a tangible difference. Their volunteers consistently bring passion and professionalism to every classroom visit, helping young people build the skills and confidence they’ll need to thrive.”

Junior Achievement Ireland continues to evolve its programmes to reflect themes such as sustainability and inclusivity, and Aramark is proud to play a role in supporting that mission. Through this ongoing partnership, Aramark remains committed to helping young people build the ambition, skills, and confidence needed to succeed.
