Ireland’s Blue Book, the exclusive collection of unique country houses, historic hotels, and gourmet restaurants announces three additions to 2026 portfolio

The five-star Cliff House Hotel in County Waterford, five-star Dunluce Lodge in County Antrim, and five-star Dylan Hotel in Dublin have joined Ireland’s Blue Book Collection for 2026
