The acquisition, alongside several recent business wins across key sectors, positions ICT Services to deliver a forecasted 25% year-on-year revenue increase in FY2025 with plans to grow its headcount by 20% over the next 12 months, bringing projected turnover to over €30 million. This strategic move marks a significant milestone in ICT’s expansion strategy, enhancing its capability in the fast-moving retail, grocery, and hospitality sectors. The acquisition combines PCS’s in-store technology expertise with ICT’s nationwide engineering network, operational scale, and 24/7 support infrastructure.
