The Dunloe Hotel & Gardens, one of Ireland’s most cherished hotels, proudly celebrates 60 years in business this year. Since opening its doors on the 2nd of June 1965, the hotel has become synonymous with warm Irish hospitality, spectacular views of the Gap of Dunloe,and a deep connection to the landscape and community of Co. Kerry.
The hotel was officially opened by then Taoiseach Seán Lemass and featured in a number of regional and national newspapers, with one article describing it as “European modernity coming to Kerry in the form of a new hotel.” That same sense of timeless style and warm welcome endures today.

Over the years, The Dunloe Hotel & Gardens has continued to evolve, blending contemporary comfort with the charm and tranquillity of its 64-acre estate, where guests can enjoy landscaped gardens, horse riding, fishing, tennis, and breathtaking views of the Gap of Dunloe.
