McLaughlin joins Conrad Dublin following her tenure as General Manager at the Gibson Hotel, where she expertly led the hotel through a comprehensive refurbishment, enhancing the property’s reputation and guest experience. Her previous roles included overseeing the opening of the first new-build Clayton Hotel, General Manager at the Clayton Hotel Charlemont, and the Maldron Hotel Dublin Airport, where she project managed the rebranding and refurbishment.
Throughout her career, McLaughlin has demonstrated exceptional leadership and a deep understanding of both operational and strategic aspects of hotel management. She has held various senior positions, including Acting Head of Sales & Marketing at Dalata Hotel Group, where she gained invaluable insights into the intricacies of sales and marketing in the hospitality industry.
